帮朋友预订的，预订的时候没仔细看清楚，有网友上传了图片，原来酒店旧址疑似殡仪馆，大家可以看图片，然后打电话希望取消，结果艺龙和酒店说不能取消，我说帮帮忙，朋友介意，答复是不行，说什么是旧资料，门牌号都登出来了，大家仔细看看吧，介意的还是不要住。朋友最后没入住，浪费两晚钱，算了，免费入住后心慌慌。还要酒店订房客服态度非常恶劣，香港今时今日甘既服务态度系唔得噶！

房间设备干净是很干净，床铺什么的都很新，但是就是房间和床真的太小了，洗澡的位置也很小，感觉就是迷你版的房间，床的话可以拼起来横着睡4个人，还算可以吧。空调的声音有点吵，导致晚上睡不着。但卫生是很不错的。而且还有一个手机提供给我们在港打电话和上网，退房的时候把手机留在房内就好了。还能免费寄存行李真的很不错。
