整個就是五星才有的服務，入住時可能是藝龍訂房的關係，免費升級更好的房型，早上的餐點個人也覺得頗滿意，半自助擁有更多的選擇，大廳旁有附合式視聽空間，入住時如有這方面需求也是蠻方便的^.^整體相同也給五星評價唷。

很不错的酒店，上环地铁站A1出来，沿着永乐街向西走2~3分钟到摩利臣街，向南走1~2分钟到皇后大道西，顺着皇后大道西往西走3~4分钟，就可以看到一栋蓝色的大楼，OK ! 你到了。我们住在二层，原本以为会吵一点，但是酒店隔音效果不错，很安静。早点虽然不很丰富，但是搭配的真用心，有四款煎蛋香肠培根炸薯角糯米鸡等等不同品种搭配的盘餐（具体记不清怎么搭配的），半自助，面包水果牛奶咖啡果汁随意食用，赞！空调很给力，赞！热水很给力，赞！下水不给力。前台服务人员真心对客人态度好，不分国籍，不分地区，大赞！四楼会客厅的咖啡和小点心很好吃，还有电脑哦 ! 非常人性化的区域，大爱！内定为家人来香港的御用酒店。
