不知道之前的评分怎么来的。酒店前台服务态度很差。之前预定的时候写的大床或双床的房间，到前台后，跟前台说从携程上预定有说明大床呀？前台人员冷冷的告诉我他们酒店没有跟什么携程合作，我就问：我加钱换大床房呗。人家冷冷的说没有什么大床房。太惊呆我了。再然后就是入住后2张小床香港床小很正常，还好床很小很轻。于是就干脆移动到一起拼着。没有损害任何他们东西。于是又告知不准动他们酒店物件不能移动---那请问我移动个椅子行不行呢？整个酒店的条件类似于我们自己的七天如家吧。失望透顶。再住一晚马上走人。
