酒店地理位置比较方便，但离地铁站步行要15分钟。房间面积较小，而且前台还给了一间没有窗的房间，服务态度一般。

地理位置不错，步行至铜锣湾时代广场约5分钟，周边吃饭出行都便利。预定的高级大床房到店后说没有了免费升级，但是我觉得升级的房间根本不如我预定的房间，二楼的，窗户都不能打开，房间很暗，窗户打不开于是不太透气，我住酒店喜欢通风透气的。所以这次入住不满意。好在房间空间还比较大，房间装修比较现代化，我们也就住一晚所以就不折腾换房间了。大堂办入住的男工作人员（年轻的）态度很不好，服务差劲，但是大堂负责寄存行李的工作人员（年长的）服务很好，态度也好。

位置优越，周边很亲民，晚上睡觉噪音有点大，入住时发生个小插曲，还好那个领班处理的还不错，总体感觉还行！
