  酒店位置方便，鄰近名店臨立的廣東道和海港城，走到九龍公園也只需5分鐘路程。酒店員工有禮友善，房間給我升了級，由雅尚客房升級到超豪華客房，房間大了一倍，床舖很舒服，而且房間很整潔，完全不似是一間開業了20年的酒店。酒店房間取消了樽裝水，用了玻璃瓶盛載飲用水，不過房間外飲水機的位置標示得不太清楚，希望可以改善。酒店樓下的中港城碼頭是一個欣賞日落的好地方，這裡還有一個夕陽海豚雕塑，是一個打卡熱點。下次有機會再到尖沙咀住的話這間酒店是首選。

  位置十分之好，而且以這個價錢，在尖沙咀鬧市區可以有這麼大房間，廁所仲分了淋浴，浸浴以及坐廁位置，真的很好，咖啡都比平時不一樣，是有咖啡機沖的，很高級，如果下次有機會都會再試！

  因各方面需求，订了这家酒店。第一：地理位置；第二：价格优惠；第三：这酒店是信和集团的；第四：尝鲜高档酒店服务。最初了解各方面详情，需要确认函和押金，在前台咨询后，得知付费的预定，不需要押金，预先打印的确认函也不要，用通行证即可。还是喜欢皇家太平洋酒店的既有星级，房间又舒服。美中不足的是软硬件设施欠缺，没有独立或密码式wifi。房间有转换器，但是只适合一个设备使用，需要自备多接口的转换器。
