又是一次满意的酒店订购，感谢之前的旅友们提供的评论帮助很大，此酒店离罗湖口岸约有七站左右，乘坐时间约四十分钟，站点九龙塘D出口，酒店就处在闹中取静的环境里，地铁站很近，可以换乘观塘线到旺角，油麻地，佐敦，购物十分方便，房间很干净卫生，老公赞不绝口，以后再去香港还会再次入住的。

客服人員服務態度差，叫他幫忙處理問題又說他是處理不了，再三請他幫忙又不幫，買了酒店提前一個月都不能退，又不能改時間，又不能改資料，一點人性化都沒有，酒店沖涼液按扣是壞的，床單又不乾淨，幫忙叫服務員處理又說是這樣的，總之整個過程都不好，不推介這軟件訂房，客服真的不會幫你處理問題的
