  Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, which is so important when traveling with kids. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. We felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay.

  房间设施齐全，又很新，入住当天周周经理还打来电话提供旅游攻略，给升级到高层房型，很贴心。阳台望出去就是湖景，离瓦屋山入口也挺近的，开车过去就几分钟。早餐品类丰富中西结合，味道挺好的！

  酒店离瓦屋山景区还蛮近的，就是过去的路有一点颠簸，听説是在修路，但也还算可以接受，前台的小陈也有提前和我们説明过这个情况。酒店有帮我们安排过去的小车，史茂林师傅的服务态度蛮好的，我们比一开始约的时间晚了半个小时师傅也没説什么hhh很耐心地等候了一下? 虽然是23年开业的酒店，但整体设施比我一开始想象的要新。因为山脚天气比较冷，一入住酒店的工作人员就给我们送来了一大块的电暖板，心都暖洋洋了hhh酒店的阿姨人也很好，看我们一直没下去吃早餐还给我们打电话，后来端了一大盘早餐上来，确实没想到在这里的酒店能享受到这样的服务??我们一行人对这次居住的体验还是蛮满意的，希望酒店也能一直保持这种服务态度吧！

  酒店门口就有一口大湖，冬天还可以看雪，这个环境我太喜欢了，酒店的服务也很周到，前厅的小姐姐们特别有耐心，早餐的红汤牛肉麪味道真不错，那个味道简直不摆了！！
