  房间免费升级了因为带着小朋友，床的大小刚好合适，超级喜欢整个的布局，房间也很大很乾净，还有专门的衣帽间，就是服务吧有点慢，感觉是人手不够一样，路早真的很差劲，蛋糕到嘴里都是硬邦邦的，鸡蛋也是冷的，希望这方面改进一下

  严重避雷！虚假五星！ 某音推送柳江古镇该酒店查看后5??标准，从海子山无星酒店下来定了一晚，极度失望，毫无管理可言！ 1房间设施设备破损。定了一个豪华大床房还告知升级了（现在一想不升级那得成啥样了），房间位于一楼有落地推拉玻璃门，两边门锁都是坏的无法锁住，电话前台来了一个阿姨（保洁是她，送水果是她，工程师还是她！！！），没弄好，阿姨打电话又来一个男工人弄好一边，结果另外一边晚上睡觉去关还是坏的！！毫无安全可言！半夜准备入睡发现门反锁坏了，氛围灯无法关闭，最讨厌的是电子门锁一直滴滴滴滴叫！！！完全无法入睡。以上这些问题但凡有一个2星标准的工作流程，都不会出现，打扫衞生的不反映，分管客房的不检查，或者是他们都想老板倒闭！ 2、半夜11点无奈只有换房，结果导致我们失眠一整夜。一.房间一股霉味，二.室内窗帘上一个巨大蜘蛛（没抓住跑了怕晚上爬到床上身上来），三.关闭所有灯光后一个射灯上有一个绿色信号灯几乎照亮整个房间！！！ 3、五星酒店三个装洗发水，护发素，沐浴露的盖子可随意打开（这点不説大家也懂，不懂**也看过类似报道吧）根本不敢用。 4、五星早餐没有山上民宿大，食品无法形容！ 5、早上退房没有一句歉意的问候，别人根本不关心你住的如何，心情如何，感受如何！就无视让你想吐槽的机会都没有！ 以上评论真实只有缩小没有放大，或者今晚去住我反映的房间看看能否睡的着，真希望酒店老板可以看到，再不挽救酒店就被霍霍了！

  怎么説呢，确实这个价格真的蛮贵的，你説不好吧，也没有差评的地方，感觉整个设施、环境什么的不值，服务还可以，餐厅太远，品种也真的太少～总体不推荐
