三星标房究竟是什么鬼？房间不通空气，空调风扇应该有的都没有，打开窗户屋外整个弥漫着有烟煤块的烟尘味，厕所便池后边蓄水桶不进水，大便过后没法冲，只有用淋浴头把蓄水桶放满水了才勉强冲下去，你们携程网对这样的房间还称三星标房，201的房费我觉得坑死了，在我老家这样的房间最多值六十块！很失望很生气

我在携程预订的，按照携程给我的短信提示办理入住时，酒店说没有预订信息，后来经过我自己协调成功办理入住后，发现前台又没有给我早餐券，我向前台索要早餐券又遭到拒绝，酒店咬死说我的预订是网上订的，不含早的！我后来把我的预订订单以及手机信息又出示给前台看，前台才很不情愿的给我早餐券！办理退房时，按订单显示的发票向酒店索要，结果酒店又一次拒绝给我发票！沟通无果！非常失望的一次体验！
