酒店服务太不专业了，主要是总台服务员没有一点服务意识，最基本都做不好，完全不考虑顾客，服务态度恶劣，素质太低。
我已经在艺龙订好房间，APP和短信都回复我确认房间定好了，我到总台办入住手续，总台一个穿蓝色银花的服务员态度非常不好，说没有你订的房间，我给她看短信，是你们销售部确认已经给我订好，然后酒店停电，她又说没电不能办入住，我说现在去吃饭，回来再办。
吃饭回来她又说酒店没有房间，不给我入住。给艺龙电话，艺龙说已经确认房间，让我到总台办入住。
又第三次回到酒店，一直下着大雨，大批的行李，搬上搬下三次，才给入住。好在酒店穿白衬衫的男经理态度很好，一直给我解释。这个穿蓝藏袍的女服务员是我遇到最差的酒店服务员。
