酒店新开业，很大气豪华的酒店，酒店后面就是大片湖景，因为是新开业，酒店免费帮我升级了豪华房，房间很不错，早餐也很丰富，中西餐饮均有，酒店老板是浙江的，服务管理非常好！商务出差，值得推荐

朱秋秋，非常感谢这位员工，订完房间后刷新不出来不知道有没有定成功。打电话到酒店给我查到了，服务态度特别好，还问了我房间的特殊要求，特别温馨，最后还介绍了酒店推出的优惠活动，非常不错。下次还来！

酒店环境不错，很高大上，是淮北属一属二的酒店，服务态度也是蛮好的，我是外地来淮北出差，在艺龙上定了房间，上飞机前又打电话确认了房间，接电话的小冯说话很甜，服务态度真是超赞~总之下次来也会选择伯瑞特酒店的。
