很不错的酒店，总台给免费升级到了外景房，房间很大，干净整洁，窗外就是高尔夫球场景色很棒，晚上进去散散步感觉真不错，没想到淮北这样的小城市还有那么棒的酒店，值得推荐！

朋友推荐的酒店，不愧是淮北的老牌五星酒店，服务没得说，到总台以后由于房间还没出来，服务员主动把我带到贵宾休息区并倒了茶水，虽然外面天气很冷但是喝着茶心里暖暖的，前台服务员办理入住效率很快，还给免费升级到了向阳的房间，房间很大，干净整洁，坐在沙发上看着后面的高尔夫球场心情舒畅，晚上朋友在酒店请吃的饭，菜很好吃，不愧是金陵连锁酒店各方面都没的说，下次再来还住在这，听总台美女说春节期间还有优惠活动，真的很不错哦！

再次来到淮北口子国际大酒店，虽然气温很低，门口的礼宾员仍然尽职尽责的提供拉车门服务，并且主动引领客人到前台办理入住手续。前台业务非常娴熟，待客热情，微笑服务让人暖心。特别是当时接待的小伙子刘崇，服务非常热情周到。进入房间之后，夜床服务已经做好，倍感温馨。真的是商务出差的最佳选择，听说近期还会有专门针对商务出差的客人推出的商务房，十分期待呢。。。

网上订完房间后打电话到酒店询问地址，酒店总机任远方服务态度特别好，指引路线非常详细，还问了我房间有没有特殊要求，非常不错。到达酒店办理入住和退房的时总台服务也非常热情周到，客房特别宽敞明亮，床也舒服，给我换了荞麦枕，特别棒，下次还来！

酒店交通挺便利的，周边环境也不错。办理入住时，前台服务人员很热情细致，速度也很快，讲解的也清楚。房间干净卫生，很不错的酒店！

老牌酒店，房间很大，设施很全。但是只能说感觉不值这个钱，服务跟不上，前台态度太一般，早餐和晚餐也很一般，没有五星酒店的感觉，
