定了房间无缘无故给我取消了，人到了酒店说没房了，也不提前给个电话，服务员说平台没留电话，那么为什么别的酒店平台就有给留电话？参考别的酒店过年期间因为放假没早餐都会提前给我打电话，就算平台真的没有给留电话（虽然不可能的事，假设一下无妨），我们连续三四个月都有你们酒店的入住记录，怎么可以没通知客人的前提下随随便便取消？发誓再也不会入住这么没诚信的酒店了，对，就是没诚信，做生意的大忌，做生意没诚信和人失去了基本的道德意识没什么不同。
