地处荒郊野外，晚7点20多酒店自有饭店就不营业了，前台服务员说我们这就这样！是的，如果你们这不开酒店，你下午5点关门也与旅客没有关系，可是，什么样的客人下午3点多就不赶路了呢？说是桥头有私人饭店，黑灯瞎火在轰隆隆的大车的伴随下走了来回30分钟也没有。回来只好泡了一碗面了事，洗澡没10分钟，水变得冰凉！今天的天气还下着冷雨！这里距城里很远，吃饭，洗澡非常不方便，奉劝住宿的朋友还是选择城里，方便为上。或者，但凡能坚持跑一会，住在常德或者泸溪、铜仁也可。

大过年的，酒店没热水，说是设备坏了在修，等到凌晨两点多都没洗上澡。本想着早上起来再洗，还是没热水，酒店方对此也没有作出任何道歉举措，缺乏服务意识和品牌意识，完全不考虑酒店信誉和形象。
