看携程评价，这家酒店是靖州最好也是最贵的。于是从通道回来就订了这家酒店。入住手续办的快，要求住无烟区，安排在11层。总体过得去，不过没有想象中的那么好，地毯和凳子上到处可见烟头的痕迹，再就是酒店的网络不给力。没有提供免费水。二楼餐厅还不错。

中途在靖州住一晚，订了当地最好的鑫飞山庄酒店，各方面都比较满意，房间也比较大，冲凉房与厕所分开、很大，房里还有电脑可以上网，卫生舒适，好评！晚上逛街发现好像当地其他都是些老旧的宾馆，只有这一间新酒店。只有一点名就是网上价格跟门市价才差1元，给人感觉携程网上订没什么折扣。

前台的服务还不错。但是，但是，这家酒店存在严重的欺骗性。常住酒店的朋友都知道，如果酒店有免费水，一定是单独放在桌子上。如果是收费的，都在迷你吧上面。但是这家酒店，拿了两瓶小的矿泉水出来，却在下面写有偿服务，试问谁会看！还有更恶心的，瓶身有价格标签，但是全部朝外，你根本看不到！不是没钱买两瓶水，只是觉得这样很恶心！前台说他们也觉得不合适，但是酒店就这么规定的。
这家酒店带有严重的欺骗性和隐瞒性！希望看到这条平均的朋友小心点。也希望看到这条平均的酒店的人员能将情况反映上去。要么就两瓶免费水摆外面，要么就**别拿出来！
