服务可以，主动帮忙升级房间，临江面，大窗户！床垫软硬合适，舒服！早餐丰富，早餐味道很好！如果来洪江古城玩，住这是个不错的选择。

第二次入住，估计因为是旅游淡季，酒店整体状况都很不好。首先我明确预定是两人入住大床房，结果房间里从拖鞋到洗漱用品都只有一套，打电话让服务员送一套，服务员态度很恶劣，还反问我说是单人房就只有一套！谁规定大床房只能住一人？！服务员最后还是送来了。房间里，地毯脏，有明显烟烫的洞，淋浴间门有问题，用塑料片遮挡，水依然会溅出很多，而且淋浴间隔断处发霉严重！！早餐餐厅有人不断抽烟，也没有服务员上去制止。酒店唯一的好处在于地理位置不错，在江边，离洪江古商城步行近。这样的酒店，不会再去了。
