酒店业务不熟，我在艺龙预付款了酒店还准备再收我房费，刷了预售权还叫我直接走到时预售权确认收我房费！我想起了是预付，她说没有收到昨晚问服务员也不承认，最好耗时十分钟我自己联系客服才搞定

去年十月份就在这里住过，是靖州县城里最好的酒店，起码是之一。这个房间卫生间里的排气扇动静有些大。
