早餐尚好，算丰盛，只是供应时间晚些，7：30方开始，不利于商务旅行赶早班车次的住客；餐厅出品尚好，湘菜够味够量；赶怀化南7：50发车的高铁，酒店承诺的送高铁站的服务未能兑现。

床和房间很大，亲子不加床完全可以睡。有停车场，早餐吃得很好，湖南酒店性价比真高！比我们在贵州住的好很多。

绝对五星级。可以用几个字形容，大，干净，整洁，高科技，舒服……早餐也是一级棒。一进房门立马心情舒畅，欢迎音乐响起，电视上还写着自己名字的欢迎词，好贴心！两层自动的上下窗帘，一觉睡到8点钟，还感觉是晚上呢！太助眠了！让几日爬山的劳累通通烟消云散， 本来要住一晚，最后加多两晚。
