装修风格和室内设施都不错，床垫睡着比较舒服，不会腰疼，因为我有腰椎间盘突出。所以每次回怀化都住百世。这次有点不爽，退房时被告知要扣20元的洗涤费，说地巾被染色了……原因是这样的，我用地巾擦了新买的酒红色的👠子……我从一楼大厅再返回房间，我把地巾冲冼不到两分钟就白了……我想问，我住了你们酒店是不是还要我把房间也打扫干净？
