工作人员工作融通不够。
1、开了房间上楼发现房间都还没有打扫。
2、晚上回去住发现房卡刷不开门，问前台怎么回事，说收不到我房钱和押金。开房时是另外一个工作人员收钱，这时候值班的这个人又说我没交。真是生气。工作交接都做不好。
房间里的灯只有一个，非常暗。有大部分开关都是摆着看无实际用处
