酒店满满的侗寨特色，大堂的木质吊顶和房间的木质地板，透着一股松木的清香。因刚开业时间不长，硬件都显得比较新，热水足，空调好，无线快。酒店为满足客人的需求，可车接车送。总台的侗族小姐姐们服务非常热情，有问必答，进出门你好的问候，让人心里暖洋洋的。旁边有个独岩公园，免费开放，丹霞地貌风景优美，酒店的侗文化长廊也很特别，当太阳西下，夜晚来临，酒店和旁边公园夜景霓虹闪耀。推荐通道县城里河边的夜景也很漂亮。
