我4点45下火车，酒店在8点后才能给开房，还是三星级酒店，我去过很多大城市都是六点后就可以给客人开房间的，因为在大厅等待时间太久 ，等待3个多小时的时间，可是他们的酒店大厅有卫生间不给客人用，我认为我是已经订好房间已经付款的客人，就是不够用，未付款的客人来直接用卫生间还能说的过去，现在很多文明城市酒店都是公开用的，为人民服务先，我还是第一次住这里的，真是无耐，能退的话，我可以另外找家酒店。
