四星级设施，地处溆浦县城最繁华所在，临江而立，县城虽不很大，但依山临水，形似"小长沙"，別有风味！300多元住50多平米豪华住房，每日均送水果(如葡萄)、方便面、矿泉水等，免费双早也算得上丰富，电脑、浴室等均配备齐全，15层大楼在小城也算是鹤立鸡群，总之:物有所值，去小城无二之选！！！(虽摄有照片，但感觉个中舒适，非图所能体现。故未放照片，唯一小缺憾，地下停车场只能存几十台车，节日恐不够用)。
