环境优美，地理位置好，交通方便，房间舒适卫生，服务人员很热情，乐于提供各种帮助，早餐丰富。设施很人性化，网络高速信号好，窗外风景好。房间小摆件的设计也很有特色。性价比不错，下次还要入住。

怀化估计是最好的酒店之一了。离高铁站很近，酒店装修绝对是五星级标准，很有档次。房间很舒适，是我喜欢的风格。健身房也不错，就是用的器械品牌稍微差一点。自己刷卡就能进去，该有的都有。汗蒸需要出10块钱的浴服费。其实我更喜欢桑拿，汗蒸蒸半天都出不了汗。早餐还行，品种虽然不算太丰富，但是餐厅让人感到舒服。总体来说体验很好，跟大城市的连锁五星还是有些差距，但是已经让我满意了。下次来怀化还会继续入住的。
