因为办点事，就近住了这家酒店。酒店办理入住免押金，提高了办理入住和退房速度，这点很不错。房间卫生和设施都不错，空调、WiFi、淋浴效果也很好，还有免费矿泉水，床软硬度适中，睡觉舒服，整体感受挺好。

环境很好，给人的感觉很舒服很喜欢，前台和搞卫生的阿姨都很热情，今天早上出去了会儿又给我打扫的干干净净还送了两瓶水，我都不好意思丢多的垃圾哈哈很推荐

总体来说还不错，我每次来怀化都是住这里，前台服务应该主动，面带微笑！我去过很多城市的酒店，首先前台接待都是站起来面带微笑主动向客人问好，而不是坐着不动

大厅服务很周到，进门递茶水。有一股消毒水味儿，前台提供免洗手液消毒，眼镜布，酒精棉片擦手机。服务很周到热情。疫情期间看到这些细节非常放心。下午还有午后糕点吃很细心。房间很干净很整齐，是我喜欢的现代知情类型酒店。
