还可以吧 就是我没看到梳子。。。空调声音好大。。。外面大电视真吵。。不过总体还行吧 毕竟在火车站旁边了

就在火车站旁边，非常方便，晚上真的有很多人在跳广场舞，是有点吵但无碍，房间很大，双人房四个人住一点压力都没有，卫生状况一般，感觉地毯比较脏，我刚开始进去的时候打不开门，后来服务员来的时候用力推才行，然后灯是过个几十秒就突然断电，吓死我了，后来也是让酒店的人来修才好的，但是好久才来，让我一个人在门口又冷又怕的，一次性洗漱完整，不错，但厕所积水，洗澡的时候睡要过好久好久才下去，所以洗完澡走出浴室都要淌水过去，后面等水下去了再去洗脚，觉得有些恶心。前台服务人员热情友好。如果要求不高需要坐火车的话可以考虑这家店。

因为离怀化火车站很近所以订的，但是从设施、环境到服务都很差，床不是描述中的1米5，最多1米3，家具很旧，而且卫生不好，尤其是门因为膨胀，声音非常大，要开关必须用撞的，不然是开不开的，一开门一层都能听到。另外叫服务员加床被子，被告之没有多余的被子，只有柜子里的棉絮，打开柜子一看棉絮特别脏，根本没法盖，也没有被罩。因为离火车站近，一宿都非常吵，根本没怎么睡。总之非常不满意，再不会来了！
