酒店地理位置很好，我是从高铁南站打的过来的，师傅推荐万象大酒店，说是怀化最好的酒店，我便在网上下了订单，到了酒店前台小贺很热情的为我办理了入住手续，还告诉我负一楼有很多当地的特色小吃，旁边是大润发超市，吃喝玩乐很方便，进房间发现比我想象中要大，卫生干净整洁，点赞点赞推荐入住，特别前台020小贺服务热情周到

我们一家三口人准备去张家界旅游，坐高铁途径怀化准备休息一晚上，对怀化人生地不熟，从旅游攻略上看到了万象大酒店，看到评价万象大酒店特别好，干净卫生，服务态度，网站下了订单后，接到了酒店前台的电话，声音十分甜美近人，还特地询问我们现在在什么地方，并加了微信发了位置给我，到达酒店大堂后，保安热情过来帮我们拿行李放到专门的行李室。我们办理入住时，前台工号：015，018业务熟练，而且对我们一直保持微笑，我们很快就办理了入住，没有想到怀化的酒店服务这么到位，这么好，强烈推荐万象大酒店！
