入住办手续时与跟前台说明要一间无烟房，结果给了一间烟味很大的房且冷藏柜也是坏的。经与前台交涉，前台说：他们酒店没有二无烟房，火柴盒和烟灰缸是他们的标配。最后换了一间烟味相对小一点的房间。酒点的早餐不行。

多次出差怀化，均选择这家酒店，各方面均可以，早餐品种不多，但有现煮的面条、米粉，交通方便。周边餐饮也不少，还有茶馆，谈事聚餐都方便
