提前1周在网上订好4个商务标间，当天上午9点到达酒店后，前台说只有1间空房，让我们先交钱，然后把东西放进去，晚上回来办理剩余3间的入住手续就行，我们按前台的指示，押金及房费一共交了2000元，等到晚上9点多回来后，夜班前台却说没有房间了，而且还振振有词，经过争吵后，给我们找了比原来房型差的3间客房，且态度让我们很不爽，估计前台以为顾客不回来就把房间私自卖了，但我们已经交完钱了，即使我们不回去，都不应该有二次转卖，这种行为品德及这种服务态度，如何让顾客再次光顾…

酒店地理位置方便，房间比较大，也很干净，装修大方。细节精致，房间24小时温泉水，很舒服，不过中央空调温度较高。服务人员态度很好。值得推荐入住！
