酒店入住体验极差。第一，一进来就一股味，然后我们就想着开空调散散味，但是并没有散多少，一直开着排风扇也没用，我感觉是毛巾散发的异味。第二，设施特别老就算了，基本的桌子上的纸巾之类的也没有，只有厕所有一个卷纸。第三，一天都没有热水，晚上洗澡，只是勉强不是冰的，都算不上温水，然后当天晚上太晚了我们就将就冲了一下，第二天放水依然是没有热水，最后酒店的解决措施是，去隔壁房间洗个澡！！！然后最过分的来了，我们去隔壁洗澡的时候，水一点都漏不下去，洗澡整个脚都泡在水里。。。我就是本地人，没什么要抹黑的，但是基本的消费者权益得拥有吧，我们根本没有获得没有与价格相应的服务，相反一肚子气！！！

除了洗澡水五分钟烫死五分钟冻死，其他都满意。已经住几天还是这样的水？可能让酒店主管亲身体验洗澡水烫死冻死的过程，才会快点处理。

金豪最成熟，德辰房间大点，但是德辰装修的材料非常差。我情愿住金豪，当年的万豪。开业时地上还有红地毯，装修还没完成
