服务不怎么样，很粗心，还不肯承认自己的错误.....其实说声道歉我们也不会怎样，卫生很差，泳池的服务员很冷淡，而且更衣箱是投币式的.....

酒店设施还是可以的，很多小孩玩的项目，性价比很高！但是服务太让人失望了。第一天早上订了早餐迟迟不来，再打电话过去问说以为我们下去吃所以就没做....忘了就忘了找什么借口！说声抱歉其实我也没什么的。第二天根本没有打扫房间，也是醉了，打电话询问说我们按了请勿打扰所以没敢进来打扫！我非常确定的没有按过，真是受不了.....自己没做好还要赖别人头上....现在台湾真的是不怎么样了

特別喜歡的酒店，不是豪華酒店，但是環境相當好，風景與大環境特別美，建議大家多住幾天慢慢享受花蓮的美景

房間大而舒適，酒店有非常大的泳池及超大的綠地，還有室內游泳池及SPA；非常適合家族旅遊。餐廳也大而明亮；早餐好吃! 是我來花蓮的最佳選擇!
