厕所里面有点臭，进门后需要通风。房内设施还可以，床大床垫也比较舒服。其他都还可以，感觉比民俗好多了，也很正规。离火车站只有10分钟车程，门口就有一个很大的百货超市。走到繁华地段也不远。另外可以免费接送到火车站。酒店有免费早餐。这个价位来说，还是可以的。离

怎么讲呢，一路从高雄过来，之前的服务态度好的令我不自然，到了花莲，瞬间一个大转变。倒也没有恶言恶语，只是冷冰冰（接站男生笑眯眯很好）。再来说位置，稍偏（不过酒店有自行车可借用，不能远行，只能城市道路骑骑那种）。早点简单但能吃饱。说说房间，隔音差（这已经是酒店通病了），装修老旧。总之这个价位可再选择其他。

前台的几个年轻人非常好，热情有礼貌 ，帮着订了台铁的车票，提前预约还能送至火车站，早餐也不错，非常喜欢里面的椰子奶酥。

对花莲几个酒店进行了研究,最后选择了这家,主要有以下几点好处: 有免费接送:给酒店发了邮件告知火车抵达时间,就有确认回复;有免费自行车租用;3人间一人一床很舒服;卫生还不错;有早餐赠送.实际抵达花莲,并未发觉接送牌,给酒店去了电话,被告知正好没空,可打车报销,到了酒店果然二话不说报销了打车费,并预约好回程送回火车站.地理位置也不错,边上有个商场,地下有超市,去自强/彩虹夜市正好两个方向,各步行20分钟.
