很不错。房间很宽敞，设施都不错，就是周边像样的餐馆比较少。前台的两个接待生（一男一女），非常好。耐心，乐于助人。酒店可以代订赏鲸和太鲁阁一日游，价钱公道。最满意的就是那次赏鲸，看到了齿鲸和3种海豚：花纹豚，飞旋豚和弗氏豚，还有飞鱼。。。真是要感谢那个前台的服务生的推荐

酒店就在花莲火车站正对面，从火车站出站后三，四分钟就能走到，地段很热闹，出行吃饭买东西都非常方便，打车到大东门夜市140新台币。客房的装修设施有些陈旧感，不过比较安静，休息的不错，卫生间还带有蒸汽房，玩了一天晚上回来可以蒸个桑拿，这也是我选择香城的原因。工作人员服务比较热情周到，有家的感觉！唯一遗憾的就是早餐口味和品种只能说一般般吧！

当地也算规模酒店…但是装修风格会令人感觉设施比较老旧…电视等都是比较陈旧…房间空间不大…房间无地毯为木板…厕所新装修过马桶toto比较卫生…

自驾台湾旅行，到达花莲前一小时艺龙订房并付款，很快得到艺龙确认短信。但前台查不到预定信息，导致和艺龙反复交涉，耽误半小时。
在订单查询到后酒店做了房型升级，作为歉意 。酒店有些年岁，但维护不错，服务也很礼貌，浓浓的日本酒店感觉。整体讲是很不错的，自驾停车方便。b2有有游乐设备，亲子特别适合。
