住这里基本就老老实实待山上了，风景不错，酒店维护的也很好，几个餐厅都不错，日料餐厅服务和餐品推荐。但前台服务是这次环岛酒店中最差的一家，无论是入住还是离店，就是让你不太舒服。

海景房很不错，早起就能看日出。酒店很高大上，干净整洁，服务很好，很适合带小朋友来玩，因为还有亲子俱乐部。早餐也不错，品种多。希望有机会再来！

同樣都是的訂單, 飯店一直說我是個不同地方的訂房, 拖到入住前三天才確認遠雄有接受到訂單
都是一般家庭訂房 另一張訂單卻給了無障礙空間的廁所 無法像官網說的有乾濕分離的衛浴 洗澡時會把衛生紙都噴濕很不方便 本來覺得還好 但是發現房間內衛浴用品等級和其他房間竟然有差異 是覺得住無障礙房的房客就是次等客人嗎？

飯店裝潢華麗，人員穿著維多利亞風格復古制服，而且服務非常熱忱，貼心又細膩，早餐花樣多口味不錯，飯店設施不少，很適合休閒度假。
因為鄰房吵雜，還幫我換房升等，服務沒話說。

2.6我们在远雄遇到了台湾花莲大地震，酒店的应急很到位。所有员工每一个人都在参与救灾很感动，本来标价的食物全部免费分发，棉被通通拿出来给客人御寒，第二天帮我联系了离开的车子。最令人感动的是把我遗留在酒店的衣服一件不少的叠好寄给我。遇到地震是一件令人揪心的事情，但远雄真的让我们全家在恐惧中感受到温暖
