花莲这家捷丝旅地理位置很好，但是房间有点一般，非常小，而且我住的房间是没有窗的，就是进去就剩一张床一张桌子了，厕所也不像高雄店一样有智能马桶，一切都很简单，也可能是花莲的酒店都普遍水准偏低吧。但是酒店内有个图书馆，漫画书很齐全，茶水咖啡都免费，这点深得我老公喜欢～

酒店位置好方便，周邊都是食店和手信店，步行就可以，去夜市步行十五分鐘，房間好舒服，洗衣干衣機免費使用好貼心對面有圖書館可以睇書等取回衣服。下次再來一定入住。

花莲捷丝旅非常不错奥 房间干净整洁 酒店对面一个7-11 一个全家 早餐也很丰富 中西都有 主要是服务人员都很热情 有问必答 还免费升级了房间 非常感谢 下次来花莲一定会再选择捷丝旅

飯店人員幫我們把房間升級，真的很讚。
房間也很乾淨、舒服，飯店離東大門夜市沒很遠，走路大約10分鐘可到達。
唯一不足的地方是早餐太單調，選擇不多。
