地點雖離巿中心略有一段距離，但停車方便，不算偏僻。服務人員態度良好，能提供有效幫助。房間設施齊全，隔音尚稱良好。早餐符合商務飯店水準。

早餐丰盛，设备齐全，离市中心偏远，有自行车可以用，可帮忙订旅游行程，除了离市区稍远点没别的缺点，距离火车站4公里左右，周边吃的较少

酒店非常干净，服务生态度非常好，有公用洗衣机和干衣机50台币一次，100元台币就可以穿上干净的衣服，非常好！

远，不知道花莲的美，住在这里真的浪费了时间。如果旅游还是不要选了。配套还不错。加上交通不便利来去都要出租车，就更不建议了。亮点就是附近有一家西餐厅真心不错。

很棒的服务，女儿夜间生病，想让酒店前台人员帮忙打车，后酒店人员亲自开车带我们去医院，并全程陪同，非常感谢。
