  1、房間窗戶開很低，早上躺著可以被旭日叫醒，感覺很棒。 2、 臨近花蓮港，可看見輪船進出。 3、 櫃台人員態度溫和親切，希望可以花點錢妝點布置，多些美感。

  普通旅店，整體就ㄧ般。沒大好也沒大壞。如果沒有開車的旅客會覺得離市中心較遠。但該旅店離海邊很近，喜歡海的旅客會喜歡這裡。
