本来只计划在东壁阁住一天的 可是团队入住一天后纷纷表示前台小姐姐的接待服务太好了 保安小哥哥在我们擦车时主动送来的毛巾太贴心了 保洁大姐打扫卫生和服务态度太走心了 经理和所有工作人员热情的招呼太感动了 酒店的设计和装饰太漂亮了 在这里住着每时每刻都是在学习啊 哈哈哈哈 好吧 没办法 只能又续住了一天 而且因为湖景套房只有大床 酒店为了我们住宿舒适还免费给加了床 说实话 真的没的说 必须给大大的赞！！！顺便说一下 酒店徒步几分钟就是千年文化缩影-蕲艾小镇 漫步其中 真的是心旷神怡 流连忘返的！已经跟团队说好了 还会再来的！

我住宿从不评价 但是东壁阁大酒店必须要好好说一下 从网上订的酒店 带团队来李时珍故里朝圣 原本要定距离纪念馆最近的酒店 无意中看到网上评论 怀着好奇心入住 一进大厅就感受到了宾至如归的热情！工作人员的笑脸把一夜开车赶路的艰辛瞬间消除 态度相当好！当天团队成员都表示要把东壁阁酒店的服务文化带回山东 待会我们泰道！入住环境又不必多说 只能说一点：团队成员个人和公司微信怕圈都以刷屏！哈哈 实在是大大的赞！三间房：都是超五星 超级棒！

房间有噪音，但还是给我们换了房间，但还是有类似于风机声！希望能改善，会继续入住！周边环境和早餐很棒，夏天避暑绝对最佳！

酒店房间宽敞舒适，没有装修味道，老人们都很喜欢。前台接待小哥服务态度好，服务亲切。酒店餐厅味道不错，连吃三餐。不足之处，一是早餐时间为7到9点，时间太早了；二是房间冷热水很难调节，水流也偏小。
