  携程明明预订成功，酒店硬是不让我入住，服务态度很差。另外房间电话都没有，无线网络也完全没有用，商旅出差人士怎么办。入住当天夜里就停电了，第二天一直到两点才有电，酒店也没通知。发票也开不了，蛋疼。
