酒店令人失望，房间还算可以，卫生还算干净，但早餐很差，可以说用最差来评价也不算过分，完全配不上六百多的房价，只有简单的炒饭炒面馒头煮白水鸡蛋，连包子也没有，西式的只有面包片，抹的只有蜂蜜，蜂蜜瓶是破的，吃到嘴里的时候发现有玻璃碴，令人非常不快！！！幸亏不是老人孩子吃到，大家都没吃饱走了。春节带着老人孩子，选择的这家英山最贵的店，结果是太失败了。

酒店环境很棒，位置也不错离各个商场车程都很近。服务员态度很好，早餐也不错种类很多，味道极好。唯一美中不足的是入住的时候里面有两瓶杯喝过的矿泉水瓶。好在跟前台反映情况后，赠送了我们十几瓶矿泉水。总之环境位置不错，早餐和服务员态度很好，值得入住！
