度假村硬件设施都不错，但是软件跟不上，原本就没什么东西的早餐8点半基本上啥都不剩了，说到9点，服务嘛给人的感觉就是我们欠她们钱的样子，一问三不知，啥啥都可以但是啥啥都不对，管理及其混乱，业务完全不行，软件把硬件都给糟蹋了！
