说实话相当失望，打破了对五星的认知。1、定了3间房，在办理入住时前台就问我明天能不能早点退房，后面都定出了，这不应该是五星酒店该说的话；2、入住的一个房间没有吹风机、座机损坏；3、一个房间没空调，当天浠水气温30多度，报修后给了我一个电风扇，说没房间换了，那么厚的被子靠风扇怎么想的！朋友怕我麻烦没和我说，热的一直洗澡，晚上十点多我才知道，去前台要求换房间，竟然有，前台倒是麻溜的换了4、酒店早饭说实话不如三星水准

怎么说呢，服务态度还可以，但是电视不能看，一个频道都没有，网络5分钟断一次，断完1分钟后能连上，5分钟后再断，空调有点热，叫服务员来看，服务员进门就是一句我感觉不热，我都出着汗，住的是我，服务员感觉不热有什么用，不过还是给了我空调扇，周边没什么商店
