我住的是主楼。写了有wifi，但其实客房里是没有wifi的，写了有B1层停车场，其实根本没有地下停车场，门口的车基本全部乱停也没有工作人员登记车辆，被挡住了出不来很正常。早餐完全像在打仗，座位不及时清理，餐食被取完了很久也不添上，喝粥都要奔走相告，正餐在餐厅吃饭不准挂房间的帐。总之很奇葩的这酒店，号称景区里最好的酒店，我只能呵呵了

首先要表扬艺龙，办事效率高态度好，预定的酒店是订房间送门票，但是可能因为中间代理商的耽误，酒店给我的回复是不送门票，艺龙客服介入后很快帮我们解决了这个问题！非常感谢！房间很满意，设施很新，设备齐全，在半山腰上，风景好空气好，服务员态度也好，在艺龙上预定的价格非常划算，有两个武汉人过去当场开的房间，比我们订的贵了一百多！还不包括门票！！😄😄😄
