酒店整体还不错，设施和卫生情况都还可以，地理位置很优越，夏天最热的时候在酒店里面也比较凉爽。

这次是带着孙女一起来薄刀锋的，因未预订又是周六，结果在前台订不到房。在鹤皋古街找到了一间6∽7平米的房子，价格还要160元/晚，将就住了一晚，第二天就入住了大别山度假酒店，虽然价格在330元/晚，但跟头一天住的比起来，感觉超值了！公寓型酒店宽敞明亮，洗衣晒衣很方便，1.5米和1.2米的床拼在一起，不怕小孙女掉下床了，很不错😊

住了一晚主楼一晚附属楼，附属楼比主楼差太多，设施跟一般商务酒店差不多，性价比不高！

没见过这样的服务，大厅乱七八糟，插队服务人员不仅不管还吼被插队的，一副不耐烦的样子，没有大堂经理，没有管理，要求投诉直接不理不睬！

地理位置极好，景区入口处，住的副楼，就是公寓房，房间没空调，对于37度高温的大中午还是有一点点热，不过晚上蛮凉快的，房间大，很干净，楼下不远处就是饮食街，总体来说满意
