第二次入驻了，酒店位置在遗爱湖畔 ，三面环湖，在湖边散步，幽静凉爽，房间卫生，干净舒适，中间闹了点小插曲，空调坏了，很快就修好了，客服管理人员认真负责，非要在旁督促修理，如果短期修理不好就给我换房，总之从环境到室内装潢，到房间舒适度到态度都非常好！下次去黄冈还会住这儿。

环境很舒适，就在遗爱湖附近，酒店设施环境很不错，很高级，饭菜也可口，就是稍微服务跟不上，唯一不足的地方是放假有吸烟，厕所烟味非常重，希望还是要加强卫生方面。

环境不错，位置很好找！离高速很近，离大学街也不远，晚上到的，出门右转，过个红绿灯就是很多小吃的地方，客服服务态度也很好
