入住酒店简直就是像欠前台的钱一样，态度蛮横，那是相当的拽！在网上预订成功了才去的酒店，到了前台服务员硬是说她们酒店没接受同意订单。要我自己跟艺龙网站自己商量退款，我们相互沟通半天，我说已经在网上付费成功了，服务员很不情愿的打开网站看了后说自己拒绝客人错误，说本来要拒绝我的订单，错把另外的客人拒单了。最后还用施舍性的口吻说就让我住一晚算啦！搞得最后我出钱还买来气受，简直就是没天理！不知道艺龙跟酒店间是怎么交涉的，第一次碰到这么奇葩的酒店。郁闷！
