硬件还可以，位置较偏，不好叫车。前台一个叫张芳x的女人接待全程无礼貌用语无热情无主动无笑容，我站前台40秒看完她整理手上文件，看完她说旁边同事如果操作，看完她接待我身后下一个客人，都没问我干吗的。问前台要个水单，她在旁指划别人怎么操作，对我说如何不能操作，全程当然也是无笑容无礼貌用语无热情，跟个菜巿场大妈似的，最后不也开给我了吗？干嘛非让人觉得冷飕飕的，旁边比较新人的小哥和次日退房的卢姓前台都比她好。性价比又不高，听说评5星，这态度，算了吧。不太推荐。

出差来黄冈，入住纽宾凯瓦尓登酒店，一次非常不错的入住体验。酒店位于遗爱湖边，室外环境优美、安静。酒店房间设施齐备、干净卫生。特别是酒店服务特别贴心。我网上预订了高级标准间，办理入住手续进了房间希望能换无烟房间，打电话客房服务中心，大堂经理樊剑君当下答复尽力解决，后查得仅剩一间豪华标准间无烟房间，非常贴心的给予了免费升级。受全省用气调节影响，酒店有时段不能供暖，樊剑君经理为房间送来酒汀。为酒店及樊经理的暖心服务点赞👍
