说说以下几点吧。
1.前台办理手续的时候，两位前台从头到尾一句称呼没有，这样低迷的情绪更适合去休假，不适合上班。
2.来到客房，地毯上有东西没打扫干净
3.空调异响太过严重，这还是冬天迫不得已晚上把空调关了。
4.洗手间浴室的门关不上，用拖鞋卡着才勉强可以让水不至于喷得洗手间都是。
综合以上，去过一次再也不会了。连普通的三星级一半的服务质量都没有。
