住了两次，感觉很不好，工作人员的服务意识太差。比如，电梯里有客人和一辆传菜的小推车，中途又一辆小推车硬往里面挤。地板都是油腻腻的。更可气的是，一间客房开着房门打麻将，麻将机的轰鸣声，玩家的叫骂声响彻整个楼道，直至快天亮，也不见有人劝止，很差的住宿体验。黄冈人朴实，忠厚，但在开放的时代，不努力跟上时代的变化，在竞争中会被淘汰。因价格，定位，硬件设施不如同城的纽宾凯，新荆楚，，客人不会计较，但意识，态度这些软环境通过技术培训是能解决的。德尔福这个老牌酒店，如果不思进取，会被那些新品牌远远的抛在身后。
