酒店设施齐全，洗澡设施一般，水流太小 位置离换乘中心步行要20分钟，很难打到车。酒店没有想过怎么方便客人能出行，因为多数入住人员都是跟团的人。
散客不是酒店的服务的主要对象。个人体会。建议酒店多考虑散客需求

早餐还不错，小粽子和牛肉粉很好吃，整体来说房间干净卫生，酒店应该是镇上最高的建筑了，在阳台上可以直接看到黄山，风景很不错有大型停车场，去黄山换乘中心走路20分钟，所以最好早点出发

酒店地理位置得天独厚，离汤口镇换乘中心很近，乘车去黄山景区非常方便。最重要的是，从接到订单开始，芳芳就颇有耐心地帮忙介绍路线景点注意事项等事宜，服务热心周到，堪称五星级服务。很棒！值得一提的是，今年春节大年初三晚上，我们一行人乘大巴抵达换乘中心，打不到车去酒店，只好打电话求助于芳芳，她二话不说，从家开车赶来送我们去酒店，让人感觉既温暖又感动。我想，她的骨子里有徽商的灵魂。深谢！
